- Packing plans for excess raw material
- Creating and maintaining of seasonal stock build plan
- Cross-functional communication between operations and sales
- Planning factory to maximize efficiency and capacity
- Sharing adherence to plan reports with factory management

- Capacity planning and forecasting
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent
- Microsoft Office Skills
- 3 - 5 years in demand and supply planning
- Proven experience as a planning specialist with a thorough understanding of planning methodologies
- Demonstrated knowledge and application of best practice planning and forecasting techniques
- Demonstrated experience in capacity planning, forecasting, executing, and managing demand and planning activities
- Change management experience implementing strategic demand and planning initiatives driven from corporate strategy
- Current knowledge of industry practices, trends, and issues
