Job DescriptionAs a Head Chef, you will…Overall responsibility for the kitchen operation, achieving the highest possible food and service standards through your team and for our guestsTake full responsibility for ensuring standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained, making sure food safety and health and safety policies and procedures are in placeCommunicate with all the team and develop great working relationships with all team membersMost importantly, have fun and spread your passion with your guests and your teamWhat you'll bring to the kitchen:You understand the operations of a large, fresh food focused pub or restaurant, having had previous experience in a similar style role.Ability to maintain the health and safety of the kitchen environment and ensure we are fully compliant.Experience managing stock control, stock rotation and ordering.A natural leader and likes running big shifts with big teams.Great communication skills and is a natural communicator.
