They are a + £50m turnover business who are growing quickly by expanding their product ranges and launching into new international territories.Key to continuing this success is the hiring of a talented Head of Digital / Head of Performance to play a pivotal leadership role, setting the strategy and managing the execution of digital channels with the help of an internal team and 3rd party agencies.They will ensure all marketing strategies are innovative, efficient and inline with wider business objectives.The roleDrive measurable growth via comprehensive digital strategies - channels including but not limited to PPC, Paid Social, Affiliates and DisplayMentor and grow the performance marketing team, providing guidance on best practiceOversee a significant digital budget, allocating it appropriately to maximise ROI in line with attribution and econometrics insightsPartner with of Heads of department to integrate performance marketing into the wider business, ensuring trade and campaign messaging is seamlessUse data to provide actionable marketing insights, leveraging new technologies and methodologiesEnsure all campaigns are in line with the brand guidelines and communications strategyReport on performance to the board providing strategic insight and recommendations based on dataBuild a culture of high performance which encourages innovations at all times.The PersonProven experience in a senior digital / performance role in a fast paced trading environmentExperience building and leading a high performance teamExtensive budget management experience
