- Full responsibility for operations and ownership of plant P&L of Mexico City Manufacturing.
- Work closely with Maintenance Department through supervise system preventive and predictive programs achieve an optimum level of service to manufacturing area.
- Responsible for driving local operations projects, cost-saving targets, resource optimization.
- Experience in manage functionality of quality assurance system.
- Proven track record of drive inversion projects stablishes level priorities and productivity improvements (CAPEX)
- Coordinate production schedules to meet customer delivery requirements efficiently.
- Responsible for operational efficiency Lean manufacturing: lean, kaizen optimization, operational improvements, shop floor lay-outs, installation.
- Monitor level intern industrial safety program (premise 0 accidents) collaborating with different areas to achieve the goals in safety and occupational health issues.
- Solid understanding and demonstrated team up in commercial area meetings, analyzing promotional plans-product sales, low rotation, or obsolete products, following up solutions such as "on time and complete deliveries" or "OFR" indicators.
- Experience in chemical processing such as electrostatic paint and metallurgy is a plus.
- + 7 years of experience in a similar position (Plant Manager) managing manual assembly and semi-automated assembly processes, preferably experienced with chemical processing such as electrostatic paint.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar, MBA is a plus
- Manages Operations functions including Production, Quality and Maintenance.
- Solid understanding and demonstrated experience using Len Manufacturing and processes.
- Fluent in English with good understanding of written and spoken.
- Experience interfacing with the customer on production related questions.
- Administrative knowledge and experience in costing, budgeting, forecasting, capital projects, wage and salary administration, and occupational health and safety regulations.
- General experience in project management and working with teams,
- SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Office.
