ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
  • Maintain detailed reconciliation of balance sheet accounts including bank reconciliations, accounts receivable, deferred revenue, etc.
  • Assist in Financial Audit & Sarbanes-Oxley requests
  • Follow and help maintain company's accounting policies
  • Ad hoc reporting and other duties as reasonably assigned
  • Assist accounts payable team when needed with scanning, processing, and paying invoices
  • Work with auditor team when needed with audit coverage, sales reconciliation, and resolving any discrepancies
  • Reports to the Venue Level Controllers
  • Key team relationships with the Venue Controllers, Venue auditors, and A/P team
EDUCATION / WORKING KNOWLEDGE:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 2+ years of general accounting experience
  • Familiarity with Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance (SOX) helpful
  • Compeat software experience helpful

  • 5-25% Local Travel (United States)
  • Work in an environment that is subject to varying levels of noise, crowds, and smoke, the severity of which depends upon the guest volume
  • May work extended hours irregular shifts, evening and/or weekend shifts, and holiday work may be required
  • Must be effective as part of a team; ability to interact with internal and external customers, managers, and co-workers in a professional, courteous manner
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment
