- Salary: £38, 000 basic + OTE + car and fuel card
- Working Hours: 37.5 hours Monday - Friday
- Location: Field based, Scotland and North of England
- Duration: Permanent
- Deliver the agreed budget/target for the territory.
- Develop territory business plans that will grow the business.
- Deliver training courses to a high standard that give customers the skills and confidence to operate/train others in the safe operation of our products.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Generate and follow up quotations and reports.
- Deliver training delegates names to HQ in a timely manner, ensuring details are correct to ensure training certificates can be issued.
- Communicate new product developments to prospective and existing customers.
- Interface with the Head of Customer and Sales Support and peers within the Product Training Team.
- Close liaison with the Customer Experience and Marketing teams providing regular feedback to help the client continually improve and innovate.
- Provide management with feedback through monthly and quarterly sales reports.
- Ensure product and services quality standards are adhered to.
- Ensure administrative responsibility/duties are up-to-date and of a high-quality standard.
- Monitor and analyse market trends to identify new opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities via CRM and update any incorrect data fields.
- Assess sales performance according to KPI's.
- Recommend improvements to sales processes and strategies.
- Participate in trade or promotional events e.g. exhibitions/meet the buyer event to develop leads and cultivate customer relationships.
- Ensure product and service quality standards are adhered to.
- Ensure administrative duties are up-to-date and of a high-quality standard.
- Liaise with various head office departments.
- Ensuring customer receives a high standard of product training.
