We are a leading B2B SaaS provider in the HR technology space for companies of all sizes. We
offer two core SaaS solutions: a Payroll system which is a requirement for most companies; and a
cloud-based Time and Billing system, which is relevant to services companies across various
industries, including accounting, legal, engineering, construction, architecture, and other
time/fee-based professional services firms.Who You Are:
We are looking for a Software Implementation Specialist to join our team in Thailand. The
successful candidate will be responsible for implementing Sprout Products focusing on Sprout
Payroll (Payroll Software), through system configuration, training, and thorough analysis of
processes.What You’ll Do:
1. Develop subject matter expertise on Payroll and HR
2. Remain current on Payroll and HR policies and trends, and on other industry best
practices
3. Implement by performing onboarding activities such as policy gathering, system
configuration, and product training
4. Process payroll simulation, parallel runs & variance analysis
5. To ensure successful knowledge transfer during system admin training
6. Regularly interact with clients to ensure receipt of data, address gaps in understanding
and responsibilities for timely completion of the project
7. Ensure all project milestones and expectations including the proper monitoring of project
man-hours are achieved and roadblocks during the implementation period are addressed
accordingly
8. Manage assigned clients' issues and take action to resolve issues during the
implementation phase
9. Provide technical support and advice to clients for the duration of the implementation
period
10. Establish and maintain good working relationships with clients
11. Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
12. Build effective work relationships among key project stakeholders, and all internal and
external partners.
13. Helps colleagues work effectively with clients in different contexts and from diverse
backgrounds and situations
14. Provide the best experience possible to all clients.
15. Maintains collaborative relationships within the company.
16. Convinces clients to adopt best practices by explaining the situational relevance and
benefits
17. Recommends inputs to new policies, systems, and processes in the immediate work area
18. Respond to requirements/systems/process/policies inquiries or clarifications.
19. Work closely with the AVP of Professional Services, and Implementation Manager at our
Philippines headquarters and Implementation Project Coordinator based in Thailand.Where You’ve Been:
● At least 1 year of experience in implementing software
● Proficient knowledge of timekeeping, payroll audit, and government mandatory
deductions
● Have a good grasp of MS Excel formulas and data validation
● Ability to manage time appropriately ensuring that all commitments are met.
● Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
● Ability to command and lead a group of individuals in a room quickly and be assertive in a
public environment
● Strong internal communication skills including the ability to work with all levels of the
organization.

● Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Psychology, Business, or any related courses
