- Review new contracts to turn detailed statements of works into cascading project plans
- Delegate project tasks based on team members' roles, skill sets, and experience levels
- Track project performance, analyze project status, communicate concerns, and make necessary adjustments to ensure long-term milestones are met
- Work closely with leaders, teammates, and other departments to create and implement optimization strategies that improve our ability to deliver
- Run client meetings, send agendas, and provide follow-up to help clients and team members stay aligned to the engagement goals and timelines

- Industry certifications that demonstrate a core understanding of the tactics needed for the job,
- Technical abilities with experience using software systems to perform job duties
