- End to end operational resource management of roles.
- Creation of recruitment strategies based on forecasted requirements.
- Putting in place different recruitment plans dependant on the role.
- Development and maintenance of recruitment documentation.
- Upskill and train hiring managers on different areas of the recruitment process.
- Produce and analyse recruitment data to assist in decision making.
- Put in place and manage a PSL and agency relationships.
- Have the credibility to influence, identify, shape and implement processes all the while being collaborative with senior leaders and hiring managers.
- Strong In-House or Agency experience of managing end-to-end recruitment.
- Experience of recruiting for the construction industry - essential.
- Excellent relationship building skills with a proven ability to coach and advise managers at all levels on recruitment matters.
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
- Proven ability of influencing and challenging when appropriate.
- Experience of working towards tight deadlines and within a busy recruitment function.
- Full driving license for when occasional travel may be required.
