Technical Delivery Manager / Lead - Business Change and Projects required by a large financial services firm. You will need to have significant experience in a technology related discipline, such as IT or Engineering, with a background in managing large and complex programmes within Financial Services (ideally Pensions) across different time zones and on a global scale. This pivotal role will also be responsible for defining change management strategy and driving business readiness relating to large-scale technology change. Required Skills & Experience: Proven experience in managing large business readiness/business change streams for major technology changes. Extensive Financial Services experience, ideally Pensions. Expertise in high-level delivery and implementation plans. Strong communication and negotiation skills across all levels. Ability to foresee and manage potential issues and dependencies. Able to resolve conflict and hold people to account. Experience of working on a Data Centre Exit programme for a global financial services firm would be highly beneficial. Key Responsibilities: Craft and execute the Change Management Strategy. Drive business readiness milestones and activities. Develop tailored communication plans for diverse audiences. Define and implement a comprehensive training program. Assess and optimize internal operating procedures. Collaborate with Risk and Technology teams for seamless execution. Coordinate blackout periods in alignment with business needs. Ensure client alignment and approval throughout the program. A key role based predominantly from home/circa twice a month in the office in Reigate.
