Manager - Weighing AutomationExperience : 5-10 YearsLocation : Mumbai- Experience of Sales & Marketing for the products viz. Machinery and Automation products like Controllers, Checkweigher, Bagging machine, Liquid filling machine, Weighing Softwares etc.- Having experience in weighing, Automation, OEM, food, Agro, Pharma/chemical.- Having experience in. Identifying and developing new customers for long-term revenue growth.- To provide growth in the existing market and to develop new market/customer(s) for product sales.- Develop and Manage Key account of his/her territory.- Relationship Management with customers to achieve repeat/referral business.- Ability to Track of Latest Developments in the Industry(Overall Market & Competitors)- Mapping client's requirements followed with a technical discussion with clients/ consultant & preparing techno-commercial offers in accordance with the specifications.- Develop Budgets and sales strategies.- Train and develop and support a team of Sales people.- Should be self-starter.- Fair Understanding of Technical aspects of the equipment- Should have Good Commercial Acumen - local language preferred- Should have good Communication skills- Eager and willing team player with a positive attitude who has the ability to work independently, or as part of the team.- Planning & Achieving Sales/Collection Targets (ref:updazz.com)
