The firm is a member of all major Bank and Building Society solicitor panels and also represents clients in the local community on a repeat basis. The role will involve assisting on a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, covering a variety of matters including but not limited to sales and purchasing, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, new buildings and leases. The successful applicant will become part of a thriving team and will work alongside experienced fee earners who can offer additional support.
