- Analysis and interpretation of licencing requirements
- Finding Solutions to complex and bespoke licensing requests
- Assist clients on queries relating to software licensing, billing and contract renewals
- Processing new sales and trials in accordance with the clients Software License Agreement including dispatch of software licences and processing of invoices
- Drafting quotations for new and additional license requests
- Assist with client queries with the Senior Coordinator
- Proven track record of handling complex queries and tasks in a pressurized environment
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to accurately review the quality of own output.
- Excellent customer service skills with experience of dealing with corporate clients and individuals at all levels
- Exceptional client relationship skills: ability to develop strong relationships quickly and maximize resources effectively to achieve goals
- Experience in interpreting legal contracts
- Experience understanding and working with financials and invoices Flexible with a ‘can do’ attitude with the determination to solve problems and seek solutions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven administration and organizational skills with the ability work on own initiative, juggle tasks and prioritize work.
- Preferred IT skills with an aptitude for easily learning new IT systems and computer skills.
- An eye for detail and excellence
- Proven to be an effective team member to contribute to their own team as well as other parts of the business.
