Our quizzes are easy to create, auto mark and have powerful analysis tools, saving teacher's time and informing their planning.Based in Oxford, we offer a comprehensive range of subjects for secondary (KS3 and GCSE) as well as English, maths, and science for primary (KS2).We take pride in ensuring that Educake is easy to use and delivers an exceptional experience for teachers and students alike. Our dedicated support team goes above and beyond to assist teachers, ensuring they receive the guidance they need to thrive.Your Mission:As a Teacher Support Account Manager, your mission is clear: to maximise the value educators derive from our platform. You'll excel in this role if you're passionate about supporting teachers, impeccably organised, and possess outstanding communication skills.Requirements:Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering outstanding, personalised service to assist schools in utilising Educake effectively.
- Managing a portfolio of school accounts, employing innovative strategies to boost engagement and drive renewal retention.
- Exceeding expectations by providing exceptional support to our teachers, ensuring their needs are consistently met and surpassed.
- Maintaining meticulous oversight of account statuses and maximising outcomes through strategic engagement.
- Considering sales opportunities within the school and school group
- Experience in either the schools sector and/ or account management.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive, confident, and adept at multitasking.
- Empathetic, with a knack for problem-solving and building rapport.
- Exceptional communication skills in both written and verbal English.
- Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to build rapport and ask insightful questions in a consultative manner.
- Team player mentality with a drive for excellence.
- Proficiency in technology, including standard office applications, with a willingness to learn new platforms.
- Previous experience in education and engaging with teachers and department heads.
- Experience in account management.
- Understanding of sales processes within educational institutions.
- Familiarity with agile work environments.
- Term-time-only contracts mean team members are only required to work during periods that correspond with school term time, enabling parents to spend school holidays with their children.
