Join us in our mission to create life-changing interactions between humans and online services with new and unseen solutions.Why is this role important at Infobip?As a NAM Direct Account Executive, you’ll directly impact how our business moves and succeeds by prospecting and acquiring new B2C customers in the SMB and Mid-Market segments.You’ll know you’re doing a good job when you:Play a vital role in Infobip’s revenue and go-to-market (GTM) objectives.Manage and own your individual pipeline of opportunities as well as closed/won revenue that is in line with assigned metrics and targets.Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline via sales campaign execution and play through lead development, cold calling, and cross-sell/upsell techniques.Identify and qualify new business opportunities from both net new logos.Keep Salesforce up to date with each sales opportunity – clearly defined next steps, pricing, system forecasting work that’s required, etc.Consistently sell our Infobip solutions to prospects to drive revenue, gross profit, and market share within a defined territory/region.Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale.Manage sales through forecasting, account resource requests, account strategy, and planning.Meet or exceed monthly & quarterly new business and new customer acquisition targets.Collaborate with Customer Growth Executives, Marketing colleagues, Solutions Engineering, and other Account Executives.Apply creative problem-solving skills to your day-to-day work.QualificationsMinimum of 3 years of sales experience; tech sales preferred. Mix of CPaaS and SaaS knowledge is ideal.Cold-calling experience in B2B or B2C lead-generating environments.Proven success in building and maintaining successful relationships with prospective and existing customers. Experienced in consultative sales.Possess a combination of hard & soft skills – great written & oral communicator, driven/self-motivated, highly organized, solid presentation skills, the ability to quickly learn new skills.Proven track record of consistently achieving (and overachieving) sales quotas.Full sales cycle experience including knowledge & strong use of online tools for prospecting a must.Experience using Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator a plus.While we prefer to hire near our hub locations, we are open to hiring remotely within North America.Why our employees choose us (and stay)?Learn as you grow – starting from an onboarding program to internal education, educational resources, e-learning, to external education -- we invest heavily in employee learning and development.Awesome clients – We serve and partner with most leading mobile operators, OTTs, brands, banks, social networks, aggregators and more. Work on uncharted challenges and push boundaries daily.Additional InformationSalary Range: $59,000 to $79,000 base salary annually (the selected candidate's salary will be based on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, experience, education, skillset, and internal equity). This position is also eligible for commissions.
