Job DescriptionLocation: Porto, PortugalRole: German speaking Customer Advisor for Global Online Media PioneerSalary: 1285 euro gross per month (this does include also the holiday bonus, meal allowance) plus free accomodation. Salary pacakge without company accomodation is 1650 gross p/mWorking Hrs: 40 Hours per week rotational between Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 18:00.Overview of the company:Our client is a global outsourcing company – they have offices around the world and in Portugal they have multiple sites where they support huge international clients and assist with business in more than 30 different languages, so you'd be joining a very multicultural environment.The Role:We are seeking a dedicated Customer Advisor to join our client's international team in Porto. In this role you will support customers who place advertisements with a very well-known global online media pioneer. Your customer interaction is primarily done via email and chat. Beside problem solving queries, you will also be responsible for recognizing sales opportunities, either forwarding them to the sales team or offering consultative support. Furthermore, you will identify and address fraudulent activity to minimize risk and support billing inquiries and process refunds for eligible advertisers.Requirements

Fluent in German and good command of English
Strong attention to detail.
Good problem solving skills
Have an interest in advertising and marketing.

On offer

Competitive salary of up to 1285 euro gross per month (this does include also the holiday bonus, meal allowance, night shift allowance) plus free accomodation (room in a shared company flat). There is also an optin to not avail of the company accomodation, your gross salary then will be 1650€ p/m gross.
Full training provided
12 month contract (renewable/extendable if you love it!)
22 days holiday per year, Holiday and Christmas bonuses
