Elite & Dedicated Lifestyle Manager duties to include, but not limited to:– Provide lifestyle management services for the world's most discerning people, through specialist advice and knowledge, insider access and exclusive privileges, enabling everything from everyday needs to life's defining moments
– Promote luxurious experiences and long-lasting memories
– Ensure that the highest level of client experience is delivered
– Assist Members (clients) in day-to-day life needs (lifestyle or business-related) - Travel, Restaurants, Events, Education, Real Estate, Wine, Art, Personal Shopping, Health, Entertainment, etc.
– Promote up-selling
– Embody company values (full-time ambassador)
– Upload information to database CRM system
– Update data and requests on CRM system
– Assist with content management and active content search
– Dealing with difficult situations and guest satisfactionSKILLS REQUIRED:
– Passionate about providing excellent customer service at all times
– Perception to feel different levels of satisfaction within different types of persons
– Clear understanding of privacy and discretion
– Sensibility to understand clients needs and create profound and trustable relationships
– Background in hospitality, customer service, personal assistance, luxury travel and leisure is a plus
– Excellent written and oral communication
– Fluent in Portuguese, English and French.
– Polite and professional conduct, excellent interpersonal skills
– A proactive attitude (must take initiative) with an ability to effectively and creatively solve problems
– Mature approach, dedicated, and committed with a strong drive
– Independent
– The ability to manage time exceptionally, excellent organizational skills
