- To be responsible for the growth and success of all retail and Boots locations
- To drive and achieve sales goals, KPI's, profit and commercial targets.
- Have a full knowledge of budget and P&L reports to potentialise profitability
- To strategize the initiatives and programmes and work directly with the retail partner and brand to align growth strategies.
- To support in the expansion of locations with our retail partners and owned stores
- To drive fun, motivational incentive programs to drive sales and profitability
- Provide the Retail Director and GM Ireland with a weekly and monthly update on retail sell out and forecast
- Conduct field visits frequently to build strong relationships with the retail partners and store teams
- Guide and measure initiatives, activities and their success in line with goals.
- Review P&L regularly and take responsibility of budget requirements
- Strategise and implement expansion where appropriate;
- Address with retail partner Buyer/leadership team strategic opportunities to build sales, services and activity, and growth performance.
- To dovetail joint business and marketing objectives into our marketing and promotion programmes.
- To guide overall theming of promotions and activities and visual merchandising.
- Ensure communication to consumer is coherent and consistent, clearly conveyed and understood;
- Flexibility to work on counter alongside the teams.
- Flexibility within working arrangements, to include occasional availability during weekends, on call, key holiday periods, etc.
- Excellent communication skills
- Uses strong business judgement

- Ability to arrive at mutually developed goals and programme
- Strength of building relationship
- Strong appreciation of programme outcomes
- 2 - 4 years department store, field based, multi-site managerial background, with demonstrated leadership, negotiation and problem-solving ability
- Strong customer focused previous experience
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail
- Creative thinker
- A can do and team focused attitude to inspire and drive the team
