- Organize and support Business Unit level trainings, conferences, and events
- Provide support by working with the management team & departments
- Support efficient operation of the practice from an administrative flow of information/data/documentation
- Set up and support Internal/External meetings, conference calls and events- Arrange meetings (Account all hands, weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings)
- Manage AGM’s calendar for appointments and meetings, travel schedules- Claimed expenses and managed account budget2. Provide relevant data/reports using internal data platforms(CRM) for Sales Operation- Provide Management supporting data (Revenue analysis, Shipment, Sales orders, etc.)- Work within controls to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all sales and business reports, views, dashboards, and user data, such as KPI reports, sales booking/revenue numbers, including commits, targets, overrides and disconnects- Develop various analysis reports, monitor changes and provide insights- Participate in achieving BU financial targets.
