They offer bespoke solutions to the Retail, Exhibition and Events industries.They are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Technical Designer, to join the team.Job RoleProduce 3D models, manufacturing drawings, BOMs, cutting lists, CNC programs and visuals, in line with the client’s brief and requirementsConsider the feasibility and propose design solutions to meet project goalsResearch materials and find the most appropriate option for each projectRespond to any design related queries as they arise in the production processCreate 3D models and manufacturing drawings using SolidworksUse Visualize to create rendered visualsUse SWood software to create, BOMs, cutting lists, CNC nesting and CNC cutting programs (training can be provided on SWood)Skills and ExperienceProficiency in the use of Solidworks, SWood and VisualizeAble to work effectively in a busy and time critical environmentA team player, adaptable and always prepared to helpPassionate about design and innovationSelf-motivated and solution orientatedExcellent communication skills
