- Provide telephone and email assistance that allows individual member queries to be answered promptly, accurately and in a professional understandable manner.
- Record all communication with member firms.
- Research and investigate individual member firm queries to provide robust, prompt and complete answers.
- In depth knowledge of the workings and application of investment products, for example, life assurance investment bonds, collective investments, business relief schemes, protection products, including employee benefits, long-term care and pensions.
- Level 4 qualified
- G60/AF3 – Pensions (desirable)
- G10/AF1 - Tax & Trusts (essential)
- Good understanding of the UK financial services industry including directly authorised and authorised firms
- Good working knowledge of financial products
- Excellent customer support skills, combining customer service with technical support
