- Managing project production from inception to completion, with oversight from Partners or Associates, encompassing project management plans, financial management, report writing, and technical design tasks.
- Developing Flood Risk Assessments and Drainage Strategies tailored to client requirements.
- Providing leadership and guidance to project resources, ensuring efficient project delivery.
- Making informed technical and commercial decisions to mitigate project risks, with support from Project Partners as needed.
- Engaging with clients and co-professionals through meetings and presentations, contributing to information production and execution programs.
- Delegating tasks effectively, monitoring progress, and providing mentorship to team members.
- Demonstrated creativity and innovation in civil engineering design, particularly in highways and drainage design.
- Comprehensive knowledge and application of relevant regulations and guidelines, including Manual for Streets, Design Manual for Roads and Bridges, Sewers for Adoption, SuDS manual, and NPPF.
- Proficiency in PDS, MicroDrainage, and AutoCAD (Civils 3D preferred).
- Familiarity with CDM Regulations and ability to apply them effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan and manage personal and team effectiveness.
- Confident presentation skills, both internally and externally, showcasing technical expertise and project insights.
- Commercial acumen with a clear understanding of professional risks and obligations.
