We are currently seeking an experienced Associate Mechanical Engineer to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the mechanical engineering design on a variety of projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic team of engineers and contribute to the success of exciting projects across Sydney.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the mechanical engineering design on a range of projects, from concept design through to construction.
- Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with architects, builders, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Mentor and develop junior members of the engineering team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the company remains at the forefront of engineering innovation.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within a consultancy environment.
- Strong technical skills in mechanical engineering design and analysis.
- Experience managing projects from concept design through to construction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues and clients.
