- Responsible for ensuring plant utilities are delivered to the end users at the required specification in a safe manner.
- Provide cost estimates and manage production tool install/de-install, relocation activities and ensure all the agreed scope of works are executed in a safe manner, in compliance to all the local regulations and requirements.
- Manage Building Services team and contractors in Building inspection, maintenance & repair works, General Waste Management and Janitorial Services in the plant.
- Set goals, establish KPIs and oversee improvement program to minimize downtime and improve quality of service provided to Manufacturing and various stakeholders.
- Review Facilities systems and optimize system capacity of existing base-build equipment to enhance efficiency and reduce wastes/leakages.
- Bachelor in Mechanical/ Electrical or any other engineering discipline
- Min 7-9 yrs exp in the relevant field Good knowledge in relevant Code of Practice, AUTOCAD drawings and Project Management.
- Excellent Team player, adaptable, organized, highly motivated and analytical.
- Good in communication, interpersonal skills and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Good computer knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Words, Power point, Outlook)
