- Liaise with other departments such as Customer Service, Merchant Investigations, or Payments teams as required to resolve Selling Partner's issues and questions.
Your day will progress driving seller engagement to help selling partners identify their compliance needs and guiding them through new & existing legislative requirements to ensure friction free selling on Amazon platforms. You will speak with Sellers in different countries via phone and email and use various internal tools. You will also work with various internal teams to support new projects and launches, capture feedback and suggest process improvements to continue raising the bar in seller experience.About the team

- Language: English + German
- 6 + months experience within a customer service /contact center environment would be an advantage.
- Demonstrated desire to expand skills into new areas
- Demonstrates effective communication, composure, and professional attitude.
- Exemplary performance record, particularly with regard to quality & productivity.
- Computers & Internet savvy. Desired skill-sets include MS Office Application Excel and Internet Explorer / Mozilla Firefox.

- Strong prioritization and time management skills, with a high degree of flexibility

- German language is mandatory for this role. Other EU languages such as Italian, French or Spanish would be an advantage.
