Working mode: Hybrid Responsibilities Lead a team of Student Enrolment Advisors, coaching and developing team members to meet daily, weekly, monthly and study period targets Have a passion for the end to end student experience Drive a sales-focused team environment, including the successful recruitment, development and retention of Student Enrolment Advisors to encourage the ultimate success of the team Create, implement and manage processes and procedures, in-line with best practice methodology, that continually seek business efficiency and process improvement. Work closely with other departments to ensure continued best practice and success Assist in developing training materials, facilitate the role out of induction training and ongoing training, learning and development across the team Contribute to the success of the team through fair play, encouragement and consideration of team objectives.
