You will join us on a full time, permanent basis, and in return we will offer a competitive salary of £30,573 - £32,229 pa inc London Weighting.The HR Data Officer role:As our HR Data Officer, you will play an essential role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of HR data within the college, accurately inputting data, running reports, providing insightful analytics and assurance of information provided to the Payroll Team.Key Responsibilities of our HR Data Officer:
Maintain an accurate and up to date Establishment
Act as the HR System Administrator, and ensure that appropriate control is applied in all aspects of managing that system
Input information into the HR System based on the pack provided by the HR Assistants, HR Operations Partner, and HR Operations Manage
Ensure that all packs pertaining to updates that impact payroll are complete, with all checks and balances in place for audit purposes
Support maintaining a positive, professional, and productive relationship with the Payroll Team by acting as their main point of contact to resolve issues, escalating issues to the HR Operations Manager
Maintain and develop the HR Dashboard, which links to the Balanced Scorecard and serves to provide metrics that evidence progress against the HR Service goals
Act as HR's representative from a Data Point of view, ensuring all services that require HR Data as part of their workflows have up to date, accurate, and reliable information
Be responsible for profile creation, deletion, and maintenance on any other systems owned by the HR service
Prepare reports at predefined frequencies set by the Executive Director - HR & Safeguarding, and provide information on request to the HR Operations Manager and HR Operations Partner
Conduct research and participate in projects as required by the HR Operations Manager
Our ideal HR Data Officer should have the following skills and experience: * Level 2 qualification including Maths and English
Level 3 CIPD Qualification (desirable)
Specific Data Management qualification or equivalent demonstratable experience
Experience of working as part of a busy HR Team
Previous work experience in a general administrative role in HR
Experience in managing and maintaining HR Data on Systems
Advanced IT skills, including the use of Microsoft Office 365
Previous experience using Power BI or other data visualisation tools
Knowledge and understanding of GDPR
An understanding of Safeguarding Legislation and its application within the educational sector
