- Assists in the creation, maintenance, and execution of the annual marketing plan, marketing strategies, campaigns, and communications including emails, social media, website, and other electronic services.
- Assists in the development, implementation, and ongoing execution of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Craft compelling product content, maintain compliance, graphical standards, and consistent messaging.
- Reports Key Performance Indicators for marketing channels to determine effectiveness and suggest updates to improve performance.
- Work on projects that include writing content, graphic layout and design, proofreading, communication to members and internal teams.
- Assists with maintaining partner and vendor relationships.
- Assists with coordination and execution of project plans in the marketing department and with other internal teams.
- Research, propose, and participate in the evaluation, development, and implementation of new products and services, and technologies.
- Keep current on e-Marketing, social media and other electronic trends/ innovations and make recommendations for new features, uses and applications.
- Work with the Printer ordering print materials.
- Assist with special events, i.e. Annual Meeting, Chapter Meetings, etc.
- Clerical responsibilities.
- Current college or university student in a related field of study.
- Previous experience in marketing, advertising, graphic design and/or communications
- Financial experience preferred
- Professional appearance, speaking and writing skills
- Computer Experience - specifically in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, Social Media platforms.
- Have exceptional organizational skills, pay close attention to detail and be precise in work.
- Ability to excel in solo and team projects and to work in an energetic and fast paced environment.
- Be willing to take initiative, think creatively and solve problems.
- Must be able to interact with co-workers, vendors and members, and communicate effectively.
