- Conduct system and data analysis to identify business needs and opportunities
- Assess and document processes to help design optimal target states, and shape how they can be achieved
- Develop and manage plans, and associated critical paths, to deliver outcomes in a controlled and effective manner
- Participate fully within Deloitte to assist the growth of the Investment and Wealth Management practice, including supporting the firm's commitment to creating a more diverse and inclusive culture
- Support business development work such as pre-sales, bid preparation and client presentations
- Experience working within a top-tier Investment or Wealth Management firm, or consulting firm
- Experience supporting delivery projects and programmes
- Experience working with the Charles River Development system across either functional areas or across Technical Implementation Services (TIS)
- Basic understanding of Charles River Development technologies, processes and implementation
- Understanding of financial instruments, financial markets and the asset trade lifecycle across asset classes, and how these interlink with Portfolio Management Workflows
- Understanding of Data Management, the lifecycle of data and relationships across multiple data entities (Securities, prices, positions, accounts, legal entities, etc.)
- Experience managing relationships with vendor partners, ensuring effective collaboration, communication and alignment of goals and objectives
- Proficient stakeholder management and communication skills with an ability to engage senior stakeholders and a broad range of individuals and teams across various disciplines
- Experience of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies
- Attention to detail and organisation skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams to deliver packages of work to short deadlines
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to clarify ambiguous requirements and make sound judgement in situations with incomplete information
- Understanding of risk, and associated risk mitigation strategies
- A collaborative attitude with willingness to learn and participate
- Charles River Development accredited qualification e.g. bootcamp etc.
- Industry certifications such as CISI, BCS, Prince 2, Agile, PMP among others
- Awareness of emerging technology and trends within Financial Services
- Experience in process improvement and Target Operating Model design
- Proficiency in Jira and Confluence tools
- Basic SQL skills
