- Measure, quantify and optimise complex marketing funnels and consumer journeys, within our Tempcover business
- Implement some experimental user experience changes to learn the best approach that we feed into our engineering teams for production changes
- Collaborate and influence product teams to make data-driven decisions guided through split tests
- Monitor, report and diagnose trends in KPIs, automating wherever possible
- Communicate and present clearly to colleagues across product, marketing, engineering, underwriting and data & analytics
- Manage data from its raw format to an output of a comprehensive dashboard
- Experienced with and passionate about digital, web-based and app-based product analytics
- Experienced in setting up A/B tests including analysing results and drawing conclusions
- Proactive with a positive attitude, well organised, and adept at managing competing deadlines and priorities
- Strong business acumen and experience building testing and experimentation programmes, conducting ROI analysis, synthesising recommendations, and presenting to senior executives
- Pragmatism; understanding of when analysis is good enough to finish
- Statistically literate, competent with some statistical testing or modelling techniques
- Launched an A/B split test experimenting with new styling and branding
- Made a change to part of the app quote journey to improve the experience
- Presented to the whole company (about 55 of us and growing!) about the next part of our web and app journeys we’re going to be testing
- Had a discovery workshop to develop parts of our roadmap by understanding the customer Jobs To Be Done, and what their anticipated gains and pains are when engaging with us.
