- Provide high-level administrative support to the head of the organisation and the senior executives, including calendar management, scheduling, and travel coordination.
- Act as a gatekeeper and liaison, managing communications and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports.
- Organise and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, materials, and taking minutes.
- Manage special projects and tasks as directed by executives.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Proactively anticipate executives' needs and streamline workflows.
- Build relationships with internal teams, clients, and external partners to facilitate seamless operations.
- 6+ years of experience in an executive assistant, personal assistant, or similar role is essential.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise, multitask, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
- Familiarity with financial or investment industry terminology is a plus.
- This role will require some 5 days onsite
