As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in developing visual assets and multimedia content that effectively communicates the organisation’s brand message and engage their target audience.What you will do:

Design and create visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various marketing collateral, including digital advertisements, social media content, presentations and print materials.
Develop and produce high-quality videos, animations, and motion graphics that align with brand guidelines and effectively convey key messages.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Content and Design teams to conceptualise and execute creative solutions that meet project objectives and timelines.
Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in graphic design and video production, and incorporate innovative techniques into projects.
Maintain and organise digital assets, including design files, video footage, and project archives, to ensure efficient workflow and easy access for team members.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design, video production and motion graphics.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
Solid understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory and composition.
Strong conceptual thinking and creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing designs and videos.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Experience working in a corporate or agency setting is a plus.
