Company: Our client is a world’s leading outsourcing company providing services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. They create inclusive and differentiated teams of experts providing help for customers across many other professional domains. About the project: You will be working for Netflix, a subscription-based streaming service that allows our members to watch TV shows and movies on an internet-connected device. Your Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries Troubleshoot and resolve streaming issues Provide information on subscription plans Assist with account management and billing Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support teams Stay up-to-date with new features and content Follow strict guidelines for data protection and customer privacy. What you will need: Fluent level of German language (at least C1) Good level of English language (at least B2) Communication skills What you will gain: Standard salary of 1300€ gross x 14 months 10% of the base salary as a Performance Bonus per month – for results from work and meeting expectations Up to 120€ Restaurants Ticket bonus Paid holidays at higher rates according to Greek law Health insurance coverage for both public and private sectors Fully remote work system, with the option to work from anywhere in Greece All of the work equipment is sent to you by the employer before your first day!
