SESLHD is committed to enabling our community to be healthy and well, and to providing the best possible compassionate care when people need it.The Senior Analyst (Electronic Medication Management or eMM) will be part of a team responsible for providing Electronic Patient Record application support to a large and diverse range of stakeholders across multiple Local Health District settings.The Senior Analyst will primarily be responsible for providing support and maintenance of the medications components of the Cerner electronic medical record including PharmNet and PowerChart orders.The role will also incorporate development and project activities relating to electronic medications to meet LHD and State strategic activities.The eMM Senior Analyst will manage the eMM team which will include planning, coordinating, and leading to provide a cost effective, quality service that meets key performance indicators and financial accountabilities of eMM.Selection Criteria : * Extensive experience in Health pharmacy environments with extensive knowledge of healthcare workflows including medication management
  • Experience in developing and implementing electronic medical record content to support clinical workflow specifically the business processes related to electronic medication management
  • Demonstrated experience in providing eMR application support to clinical stakeholders and an understanding of support methodologies
  • Demonstrated high level analytical and problem solving skills including the ability to provide authoritative advice and recommendations across a large and complex organisation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated experience in engaging clinicians and other key stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience in planning and evaluation at strategic and service levels to enact continuous quality improvement
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate others and work in a team environment to foster collaboration of ideas and continuous improvements to the supporting of the application
  • Demonstrated experience in the implementation of projects including eMR upgrades and relevant project methodologies
