Job Responsibilities
1. Office admin tasks: - Manage office's assets by checking stock quarterly, and updating the list of equipment. - Manage office: keep the office clean, pick up phone calls, and welcome guests. - Follow up general expenses: car rental, taxi, mobile, business trip - In charge of ordering: name cards, stationery, beverages, ink, flowers... - Book air ticket, hotel, taxi, company car... - Manage/ arrange activities: Mid-autumn festival, Tet gift, Year-end Party, Company Trip (in future) - Arrange parking for newcomers. - Other tasks as assigned and report to HR-Admin Manager in HCM Office weekly 2. Sales Support tasks: - Following sales PIC's direction, dealing with inbound sales activity, and contact with the customer - Deal with contract matters or sales condition arrangements with customers in Da Nang (On site/Off site) - Attempt to expand IT maintenance service to customers in the Da Nang area. - Contact Telecom Service providers (vendors) to get information on Telecom information including Tariff, Application procedure, and installation. - Prepare Application, and agreement to support the customer and submit to Telecom Service Providers to proceed. - Update the progress of the project - Other tasks assigned by Sales TeamJob Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
- Education's Background: Bachelor's Degree - Language: English - Business Level and Japanese - Conversational Level (N3) - Experience: + From 1 to 2 years of experience in Sales Admin/ Office Admin position + Energetic, enthusiastic, and active personality
Preferable skills
- Japanese speaking is an advantage
