Join us and discover how our people write our story.As a Workday AMS Reporting Consultant in Kainos, you will work in a team to deliver post-deployment services and configure enterprise-scale Workday solutions for our global customer base.You will work closely with team members, as well working independently and confidently to manage your own workload. You’ll be able to understand customer requirements, designing and delivering solutions that are aligned to their needs. You’ll support more junior members of the team and share your knowledge with them.In this role, you will be responsible for the tickets coming into the Reporting Functional Area.Responsibilities will include:Initial triage of tickets to correctly assess and correct where necessary the case type, impact, urgency and ultimately the priority of a ticket.Ensuring that ‘Target Response Time’ and ‘Target Fix Time’ SLA’s (Service Level Agreement) are adhered to.Work closely alongside the Functional Manager to assess the Reporting queue and implement process improvements and ways of working.MINIMUM (ESSENTIAL) REQUIREMENTS:
  • Workday HCM and Reporting Certified
  • Excellent customer focus, able to assess customer needs, build relationships and manage customer expectations. You will know when to push back, when to escalate, and when to go above and beyond to satisfy a customer
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and make sensible decisions under pressure taking a balanced view of Customer demands and Kainos commercials
  • Willing and able to act as a role model within the capability and mentor and/or line manage more junior consultants
  • Able to implement improvements in tools and/or processes to help the AMS practice
  • Commercial understanding of utilisation within a services organisation and the importance of these targets
  • Able to deliver work to meet defined AMS Service Level Agreements
  • Able, if required, to travel to customer sites in the same region (minimal out of region travel may also be required)
DESIRABLE:
  • Additional Certifications
  • Professional qualifications in your area of expertise
  • Experience in post deployment services
