Computer literacy [Excel, Word, emails, internet] Customer-oriented and Professional attitude Excellent communication abilities, organizational and time-management skills Knowledge of PMS, preferably Pylon Duties & Responsibilities: Supervise the operation of the apartments. Being able to manage the complex whilst on duty. Act as reservations agent under the guidance of management. Knowledge & management of channel manager and online booking engines is preferred Welcome and correspond with guests prior to their arrival and during their stay to maximize the customer service provided Concierge duties Handle and resolve guest relation problems quickly, politely and to the full satisfaction of the guest Be familiar with the overall hotel operations, Athens Hills policies and sources of information in order to execute job duties and responsibilities efficiently. Room check and control prior to guest’s arrival. Perform any other duties that management may reasonably require.
