- Effective Negotiation and Supply Base Management: Skilled negotiator with a track record of end-to-end supply base management, encompassing strategy development, sourcing, delivery, and ongoing supplier relationship management.
- Procurement Strategy Development: Experienced in formulating and executing clear procurement strategies, adept at driving transformative change within the business to optimize purchasing processes and outcomes.
