We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on social media management. The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about creating engaging content and developing strategies that enhance our presence across various social media platforms, while also crafting compelling copy for broader digital marketing campaigns.Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and paid ads.
- Write high-quality, engaging copy for different platforms that reflects our brand's voice and meets our marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure that the visual elements of the advertisements align with the textual content.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing content, adjusting strategies as needed based on performance data.
- Manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and additional channels.
- Engage actively with the online community, respond to comments and feedback, and build a loyal following.
- Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in SEO and digital marketing.
- Assist with the planning of marketing strategies to help drive traffic and engagement to the company website.
- Report on the performance of digital marketing activities and compare the results against key performance indicators and ROI.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years’ experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role with strong emphasis on copywriting, content creation, and social media management.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Experience with SEO, content management systems, and social media platforms.
- Strong analytical skills to analyze metrics and create reports.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative thinker with the ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
