- Keep up with changes within the industry including customers and competition.
- Meet and exceed department Key Performance Indicators including lead generation.
- Building strong relationships with key accounts to surpass their expectations.
- Identifying growth opportunities within accounts and deploying strategies to expand our customer relationships.
- Collaborating closely with the production team to ensure on-time, top-notch service delivery.
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by driving new opportunities within your book of business.
- Proven sales experience; preference given to those with printing industry experience.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment, and be comfortable with a flexible workflow.
- Strong networking skills with the ability to build long term customer relationships.
- Highly motivated individual with excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal and written) and highly developed time management skills.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
