Procurement Certification Manager LATAMThe role is responsible to represent Global Procurement on local level in audits/certifications and other site visits. The role manages and coordinates Procurement Operations teams to respond and attend Audits/certifications, follow up for action plan's response and compliance. Assure Procurement Process is up to date in GMS platform and information in sharepoint. Ensure sustainability and CSR strategies are being integrated into the local business / site strategies.About the RoleYou will join Ecuador's Team, reporting to the Regional Procurement Manager Business Partnering. Represent Global Procurement on local level in audits/certifications and other site visits.
Coordinate with procurement operations teams their participation and required information for the Audits/Certifications,
Share audit schedule for all relevant procurement members involved,
Maintain close relation with quality managers, SQM and any other relevant area for audits compliance,
Maintain information required from procurement teams to comply the audits,
Share results of the audits for relevant procurement LM and teams,
Require corresponding action plans to procurement teams and share with QM, SQM and/or any relevant area involved,
Assure Procurement processes and documents related are maintained and current in GMS.
Ensure sustainability and CSR strategies are being integrated into the local business / site strategies.
Actual Audits: Audits Internal Audit, QM Regional Audit, Private Label Customers Audit, SG-SST External Audit, OEA Certification Col, Profesiones Reguladas en Ingeniería Compliance Col, ISO 450001:2018 Certification, ISO 9001:2015 Certification, GMP NOM-241 (Tampons) Certification, ISO 13485:2016 Certification, ISO 14000:2015 Certification, E&Y External Audit, ISNetworld Compliance Mx, SEDEX External compliance, SHER IDCs Internal Audit, Encuesta de Satisfacción Partes Interesadas, QMS Internal Audits, FSC Certification but not limitative.
Assist with the implementation of new site certifications and integration of any new requirements to the procurement teams,

Contribute to Procurement Excellence

Provide business feedback aiming to improve system efficiency and standardization to continuously enhance Source to Pay process,

Who You Are

Professional with complementary training in ISO/Other Certifications.
With experience in multinational mass consumption companies in similar positions in purchasing, projects and innovation areas.
Minimum 5 years of experience, the last 3 years in management of large teams.
Microsoft tools management, desirable Power BI and SAP.
Fluent in English (B2).
Strong communication skills.
