Director of Organizational PerformanceEpiscopal Homes of Minnesota (EHM) is a leader in senior living and care services since 1894. EHM's mission is to enrich life and build community with older adults. We offer homes and services for people in independent, assisted living, memory care, and long-term care centers in the greater St. Paul community. We complement our homes with hospice services, a foundation, a management company, and a robust campus life program that provides a fitness center, pool, theater, childcare center, first class dining options, pub and endless enriching events.What you will be doing day to dayAre you ready to take on a challenging yet rewarding role as a Director of Organizational Performance with Episcopal Homes of Minnesota in Saint Paul? In this position, you will have the opportunity to oversee and streamline organizational performance processes using innovative tools like the Baldrige Framework and other assessment methods. Your role will involve leading training sessions to foster a culture of performance excellence within our departments and groups. By monitoring and analyzing performance outcomes with precision, you will play a vital role in driving our company's success and growth.Salary and Schedule:Starting from $65,000 - $75,000/year. Experience Compensated!!!Monday -- Friday, 8am-5pmBenefits:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in performance management, ideally within a healthcare or senior living setting.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing performance improvement initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with development and analysis of data visualization tools (e.g., dashboards).
