Provide one-to-one support and guidance for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
Create individualised learning plans based on students' specific needs and goals
Develop and deliver tailored teaching materials and resources
Monitor and assess student progress regularly
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure effective support for students
Adhere to safeguarding and confidentiality guidelines

Required Qualifications:

Recognised qualification in Education or related field
Experience working with students with SEN
Knowledge of SEN strategies and techniques

Education:Degree in Education or relevant fieldExperience:Minimum of 2 years working with students with SENKnowledge and Skills:

Understanding of SEN Code of Practise
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual needs
Strong organisational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Additional training in SEN support
Experience in creating and implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs)

Working Conditions:This role involves working with students in educational settings, following school hours and term times. Some flexibility in working hours may be required to accommodate students' schedules.
