Job Responsibilities:
  • Leading centre's team to achieve centre's sales target.
  • Ensuring the centre operate adhere to SOP to deliver exceptional quality services.
  • Building and managing relationships with customers and ensuring customers' needs are met.
  • Establishing open communication, coaching and mentoring the team members, resolve conflicts and promote teamwork.
  • Setting clear expectations, conduct performance evaluations, collect feedback and give due recognition to boost team's motivation and job satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
  • Diploma or degree in any discipline
  • Min. 2 years experience in the industry with management experience.
  • Sales and customer relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Result-oriented mindset.
