- To build strong relationships with existing clients.
- To ensure that clients' needs are met and that they are satisfied with the products and services provided by Boston Scientific.
- To meet sales targets and revenue goals.
- To identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing clients, as well as securing new business from prospective clients.
- To have a deep understanding of the medical devices and equipment offered by the company.
- To effectively communicate the features, benefits, and applications of these products to clients and provide demonstrations when necessary.
- To monitor market trends, competitor activities, and changes in healthcare regulations that may impact the sales and marketing strategies of the company.
- To provide insights and recommendations to the sales and marketing teams based on their analysis.
- To work closely with other departments within the company, such as sales, marketing, customer service, and product development.
- To collaborate with these teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients and to address any issues or concerns that may arise.
- To be responsible for providing training and support to clients on the proper use of medical devices and equipment.
- This includes conducting training sessions, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing ongoing support as needed.
- To develop strategic account plans for key clients, outlining objectives, tactics, and timelines for achieving sales and revenue targets.
- To review and update these plans based on the evolving needs of the clients and the market.
- To negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of sale with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements for both parties.
- To work closely with legal and finance teams to finalize contracts and agreements.
- To be tasked with generating leads for potential clients, which may include hospitals, clinics, healthcare providers, and other medical institutions.
- This involves networking, attending industry events, and leveraging online platforms to identify and connect with prospects.
- Previous industry experience within clinical sales of Medical Devices or Medical Technology.
- Industry experience of the healthcare sector within Türkiye.
- Experience within neuromodulation is beneficial but not required.
- A degree qualification within a relevant scientific subject, such as Biomedical Engineering or from a similar field.
- Comfortable working in an acute intervention setting and assisting with relevant procedures.
- Proactive and innovative team member that thrives working autonomously.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Marketing skills/experience is beneficial.
- Fluent Turkish language skills, as well as English at a professional working proficiency level.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid position with a passion for travel.
- Holder of an eligible driver's license allowing you to operate a vehicle for the role.
