Monitoring 3PL level performance to ensure smooth operations.
Lead Rider Recruitment as per business requirement
Setting up a performance improvement plan to improve the performance of low-performing riders

What you need to be successfulBachelor's Degree2-3 years of experience in the food/grocery tech industry is highly preferredProficient in Google Suite tools like GDoc, GSheet, GSlides, GForms etcStrong communication skills, both written and verbal. English and Urdu are a must.
