- Financial Analysis:Partner with the marketing leadership team to develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and effectiveness. Conduct financial analysis of marketing campaigns to measure their financial impact and contribution to overall company growth.
- Data Integrity and Quality: Ensure data accuracy, cleanliness, and integrity within marketing databases and systems. Implement data governance practices to maintain data quality and consistency.
- Marketing Performance Reporting: Develop and present regular performance reports to key stakeholders, including marketing leadership and company executives. Communicate complex data and financial concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Data-driven Decision Making: Collaborate with marketing managers and other teams to drive data-driven decision-making across marketing initiatives. Use data insights to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Data Analysis and Insights: Utilize various data sources to conduct in-depth analysis of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Generate reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to the marketing team. Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve marketing performance and ROI.
- Marketing Attribution Modelling: Design and implement marketing attribution models to measure the effectiveness of different marketing channels and campaigns. Analize customer journeys and touchpoints to attribute revenue accurately and optimize marketing spend.
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 2 years experience as a Data Analyst or Financial Analyst within a marketing function, preferably in the SaaS industry.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and marketing software (Hubspot, SalesForce, ABM tools).
- Experience in financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics platforms and data visualization tools (PowerBI).
- Knowledge of marketing attribution models and their application in data analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex data and financial concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English, capable of effectively communicating and collaborating in a multilingual environment.
- Proficiency in French, capable of effectively communicating and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
