- Utilise BI and analytics tools to monitor sales performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve trading outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set yearly trading and promotional plans to maximise ROI
- Carry out market and competitor research to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation
- Devise PPC and SEO strategies to improve website visibility and traffic acquisition
- Monitor customer feedback and troubleshoot website usability issues
- Daily merchandising and maintenance of the eCommerce websites, ensuring the UX and CEX are optimal
- Implement A/B testing and optimisation methods to refine personalisation efforts
- Work with a 3rd party platform providers to develop and execute a comprehensive personalisation strategy
- Utilise data analytics tools to track eCommerce performance and analyse key metrics
- Produce regular reports and insights on website engagement to the wider business
- Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of marketing efforts and deliver recommendations to cross-functional departments to adjust strategies as needed
- Manage 2 x Direct Reports
- At least 3+ years experience in a similar role
- Able to demonstrate a solid track record of driving B2C/DTC sales growth
- Exceptional communication, project management and problem solving skills
- Proven experience managing eCommerce platforms
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and website management
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making
- Outstanding communication and leadership capabilities
- Proficiency in eCommerce analytics tools
