Responsible for coordinating and supervising all floor staff to ensure the completion of all assigned work items.2. Deal with emergencies, incidents, guest complaints and special situations occurring in various positions and regions on the day.3. Check that the public areas on the floor and fire facilities and equipment are clean and in good condition to avoid and eliminate all kinds of unsafe hidden dangers.4. Strengthen the management of statistics, statements and summary reports in the management area to ensure the accuracy of inventory count.5. Check all records and control the consumption of alcohol, room supplies and cleaning appliances for guests.6. In accordance with the standards, guidelines and policies formulated by Shangri-La Group and local hotels, inspect and supervise the work implementation of employees, the implementation of work standards, the appearance and behavior of waiters, and correct problems in time.We are looking for someone who:1.Minimum two years' experience in an International class Hotel;2.Basic knowledge of Housekeeping operation;3.Good health, able to work under pressure;4. Self-motivated and good team player.5.
