Our Graduate Program is designed for creative and motivated thinkers who love learning and taking on new challenges and responsibilities, not afraid of dealing with ambiguity and change.In your role as Graduate in Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) team, you will be able to engage in / manage the EHS activities across different Amcor plants, including:Project leading with transversal management on machinery compliance/management of changeRisk assessment reviews leading with facilitators on sitesPilot and engage team in Corrective actions plan building and trackingReportings/ Root cause analysis/EHS audits/self assessment auditor experienceEHS systems ManagementWhat do you need?It's a good start to have the following:
Bachelor/ master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Project Management, Industrial Management or related.
Up to 2 years of working experience (might be gained via internships) within EHS, quality, CI, production management fields.
Fluency in English is required
Knowledge of Dutch or French required. German as a big asset.
Project management capabilities
Proficiency with Microsoft tools (Excel, Power Point)
Basic understanding of CI methodologies and tools appreciated
Willingness to travel and work abroad across Europe
First international experience gained via exchanges programs, studies, internships etc.
